The Sentinel Standard

We do it the
way it is
supposed to be done.

Most of what determines whether a job lasts is hidden by the time it is finished. The flashing behind the siding, the pan under the window, the static pressure in the duct, the torque on a mount. We do that work to specification whether or not anyone will ever see it, and we photograph it so you can.

That standard is the whole company. Our crews are trained to it, our scopes are written to it in plain language, and our numbers are measured and handed to you at closeout rather than described.

Our Process

How a job runs

No mystery pricing and no disappearing crews. This is the sequence every project follows, from the first walkthrough to the documentation packet at closeout.

01

Site assessment

We walk the property, get into the attic and crawlspace where relevant, and photograph what we find. You get findings in writing.

02

Written scope

A line-item scope stating materials, quantities, and exclusions, with a fixed price. No verbal add-ons and no allowance games.

03

Scheduled execution

A start date, a crew lead by name, and daily progress photos. Materials are staged before mobilization.

04

Verification & handoff

Final inspection with you present, a punch list closed before invoicing, and a documentation packet at closeout.

Our Standards

Plain terms,
in writing.

01

Veteran Owned & Operated

Run with the standards the owner was trained on: show up on time, brief the plan, do the work to spec, and account for it afterward.

02

Licensed & Insured

Licensed South Carolina residential builder, fully insured. Licensing and current insurance certificates are available for you to verify before work begins.

03

Written Scopes Only

Every price is tied to a line-item scope. If it is not on the scope, it is not in the price.

04

Our Own Crews

The trades that determine how your home performs are staffed in house, not auctioned to whoever is available.

05

Documented Work

Photographs of concealed work, commissioning numbers, and warranty registrations handed over at closeout.

06

Clean Jobsite, Daily

Debris hauled, paths protected, and dust contained when we are working in a house you are still living in.

Findings in writing.
No obligation.

We walk the property, get into the attic and crawlspace where relevant, and document what we find. You get findings in writing, including the things that do not need work yet.

Every price is tied to a line-item scope of work. If something does not need work yet, we say so. If it is not on the scope, it is not in the price.
